I recently hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party at sweet stuff bake shop and I can't say enough about what a great job Melanie did! She was very helpful through the planning process, was flexible with my vision, and the day of was truly amazing with the kids. She was flexible and pivoted when some guests were running late and was patient and kind to all the kids! And of course all the desserts were delicious! Everyone had great things to say and my daughter said this was her best birthday yet! 100% recommend hosting any sort of celebration in the bakery!

Loved this bake shop! The owner was so sweet and we loved talking to her. The cookies, cakes, and scones we got were amazing! She did two cakes for a birthday and a baby shower that were so cute and tasted delicious. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Absolutely amazing! My wife and I, and another couple came here for a cookie decorating class as date night. I had never been here before. The good news .. I got to try a bunch of different things at the class.... The great news... everything was amazing! So many options, even Gluten free! If you're looking for everyday bakery goods come here. Our daughter goes to nearby Wheaton College and we wanted to send her a care package for Valentine's Day. I called Sweet Stuff Bake Shop late, the day before, and spoke to the owner. She said that it wasn't too late, she had a limited "late" order list of options. We got our daughter cookies that were delivered late due to a heavy class day and softball practice. The entire process was nothing less than a total joy. We're already talking about the next delivery to our daughter. I don't think this is a retail shop, more a made to order baker, but if you're looking for a special cake or a fun treat to be delivered I highly recommend SSBS!
